Initial “one time” clean ups apply to yards that are unkept and require a good initial clean-up. This also applies to “spring waste cleanup” as it thaws after a cold winter. This fee is waived for kept yards in which you wish to begin service.

Commercial services are available for property management companies and other businesses with a need for pet waste areas. We offer two options for commercial businesses that include weekly and twice weekly service. Both services include monthly enzyme treatment.

Each commercial visit will include cleaning up waste in the designated area, refilling pet waste bags, and wiping of stations for cleanliness. We will also change out rubbish bins and dispose of all waste. Pet waste stations are available for purchase ($300) and include installation and initial set up (rubbish bin, bags, etc).
