Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Chippewa Valley Pet Expo. Below is detailed information for vendors, as well as deadlines and amenities. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Note that 85% of all the profit is going back into animal rescues and shelters in Wisconsin.
Vendors will have time the evening before the event to come in and set up, with time allotted the morning of as well. Time will be limited the morning of with a focus on final touches. Tear down will not begin until the expo event has ended. We will have time set aside the day of the expo for tear down and some time the day after, but again, time will be limited.
Please do not bring any animals that are not pre-approved. Service dogs are always welcome, but planning ahead is key for resources and safety.
Outside food and drinks will not be allowed for health code reasons as a commercial kitchen crew will be operating at the expo.
When we get closer to the expo, we will send out a detailed information sheet of any local hotels, RV parking and other area info that will be of benefit to vendors and attendees.
All booths will include 10x10 space, 2 tables, and 2 chairs. If electricity is needed, let us know. Booths can be expanded to 10x20 for an additional cost. Booths will be randomly assigned, however, if you need special accommodation due to a disability please let us know and we will work with you (such as closer space to the door or bathroom due to walking, or a corner booth for easier accessibility).

The deadline to sign up is xx/xx/xxxx. Early registration completed by xx/xx/xxxx will include your provided logo and/or name on our expo banner, webpage, FB page, and attendee information sheet, as well as other promotional material as applies. Late registration after the early date may not give enough time to have that information attached to such promotional material.
Limited flat carts will be available to help with unloading and set up, as well as tear down. These carts should be released from use as soon as possible to ensure the next person can also begin unloading and loading. There will be designated vendor parking to ensure good service to attendees.
